Add build-dep on g++, needed by systemimager build.

g++ is part of build-essential, which is assumed present on any build
system. We should not explicitly call it out.

Ok. Sorry about that i just though that needed to be an explicit dependences
(it proves i do not yet master all the Debian policies!). I will revert that
check-in.
