I've added this cron to daily delete the cache of the retrieved
packages. I hope that it'll reduce this problem...

systemimager:/etc/cron.d# cat cron-apt-clean
# Every night at 6 o'clock.
0 6 * * * root /usr/bin/apt-get clean
