[Sisuite-devel] [SystemConfigurator] Problem with the Debian package

Hi all,

I saw a problem with SystemConfigurator: the Debian changelog
(debian/changelog) for SystemConfigurator-2.2.10 (tags/sc_2.2.10) is not
up-to-date. As a result the generated Debian packages from the tag has a
wrong version (2.2.9) which may be confusing for users (i think we can even
call that a bug).

Please, could someone fix that (for what i know i do not have write access and
i do not know what is the policy in the project regarding tags)? Is someone
in charge of the Debian stuff for SystemConfigurator? May be nice in the
future to have tags which are up-to-date even for Debian based system,
especially if you guys still want to create official Debian packages for
SystemConfigurator.

My 2 cents...

Thanks,

Erich, could you fix this? it would be great also to include a small description
about the 2.2.10 changes both in the CHANGELOG file and in debian/changelog (dch
-i).

BTW I don't see the release 2.2.10 available on SF. Do you simply tag it in the
OSCAR repository or have you already released the new "official" 2.2.10?

Thanks,
-Andrea

Hi,

I know about that issue and will fix it. I didn't put the release on the sf
page, yet, just tagged it.

Regards,
Erich
